Exhibition Overview

From February 18 to December 2, the Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall at Lingnan University presents a new themed exhibition: “Shine and Shade—A Brief Record of Everyday Objects in Porcelain and Lacquer.” The exhibition features over 30 selected porcelain and lacquerware treasures spanning from the Tang to Qing dynasties.

Experts and scholars from the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A Museum), the Art Museum of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Zhejiang Provincial Museum are invited to deliver lectures, sharing their research and insights on the culture, design, and academic study of Chinese porcelain and lacquerware.
