Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall at Lingnan University Presents Liu Kuo-sung’s “Space Series”, Works by the “Father of Modern Ink Painting”| CAPITAL

City life moves at a rapid pace, and time slips away quietly amidst our busy schedules. From 6 March to 4 September, the Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall at Lingnan University is presenting a new thematic exhibition, “Flying Light, Flying Light – Images of Time in Chinese Art”. This exhibition showcases 24 precious works from the late Yuan dynasty to the modern era, including ink paintings, porcelain, lacquerware and jade. A key highlight is the “Space Series” by Liu Kuo-sung, widely recognised as the “Father of Modern Ink Painting”. The exhibition invites visitors to rediscover the meaning of time from the perspectives of the four seasons, landscapes, immortal realms and the universe.
