Chronicles of the Great Ming: Time Travel – New Book Launch, Reading, and Workshop

Introduction

This launch event invites the creators of the picture book to share their research and creative process. Based on Chronicles of the Great Ming: Time Travel, a work compiled by Empress Renxiao during the reign of Ming Emperor Chengzu and privately collected by the Chamber of Young Snow, the book employs a time-travel narrative to illustrate the historical evolution and diversity of Chinese books and engraving technology in an accessible and engaging way. The event aims to cultivate children’s interest in Chinese culture and the history of Chinese art.
